"I am a fan of this product"

As the VP Growth at Enter I am a fan of this product - especially ability to send receipts directly to an email that matches them to expense. Also we are using Moss in approval flows to pay bills as well as to manage spend within teams - here we use a lot of one time use cards. I think we are not leveraging the full tool yet - here the Moss team could be more proactive in educating the customer.

Update:
We've received a follow up call from the customer service team to explain the instances the day after. Though there are areas Moss team can further improved just like many other businesses, we are benefiting from Moss's system most of the time.

Original:
Recent responsiveness of Moss was disappointing the customer service line was always not available and their live chat doesn't work either. We were requested to set up direct debit which takes a few days to settle from the bank account. The most recent settlement where we confirmed with our bank that the money has transferred to Moss automatically on 2 May. To this date 9 May, our credit dashboard on the Moss platform is still not updated. Moss's customer support team has been sending email separately chasing the settlement where it's settled via DD and hence we have to manually repay the Moss directly into their bank account while waiting for the credit dashboard to be updated...

"Everything worked great until they decided to change"

It worked really well at first...until their recent make-over update.

As the accounting person in my company, I used to love Moss a lot, because it is user friendly, easy to use, self explaining, and they had a great customer care team. Everything was great until Moss decided to change.

The website layout is no longer user friendly (at least for the admin). Not only there is no options to change it back to the old Moss, the normally very responsive customer care team (for instant chat) is nowhere to be found anymore. I left a message 7 days ago after the new update was live, no one answered and actually no one even looked at it. After that, I tried 2 more times, messages are not seen. Not only did Moss decide a new make-over on the layout, it also looks like they decided to be irresponsible for their customers, too.

Great disappointment.

"Eine tolle Entwicklung!"

Wir sind mit 200 Kreditkarten auf Moss umgestiegen. Es ist eine enorme Arbeitserleichterung für die Buchhaltung und auch für die Kreditkarteninhaber. Die Anwendung ist sehr einfach und selbsterklärend. Auch das Support-Team ist sehr kompetent. Wenn man sie telefonisch nicht erreicht, rufen sie zurück. Es wird auch jede Email beantwortet. Ich bin sehr zufrieden!

"Prinzipiell gut, aber....."

Prinzipiell eine gute und einfach zu bedienende Plattform. Allerdings gibt es noch an vielen Stellen Verbesserungspotenzial.Größter Schwachpunkt aus meiner Sicht ist, dass sämtliche Werte immer nur brutto dargestellt werden. Egal ob in Rechnungen, Kreditkartentransaktion, Kosten oder Budgets. Alles ist BRUTTO. Bis auf Kleinunternehmer rechnen und kalkulieren doch alle Unternehmen netto, daher kann ich nicht verstehen, dass die Plattform diesbezüglich nicht mal angepasst wird. Leider ist es bis heute auch nicht möglich, einer Rechnung mit mehreren Positionen verschiedene Budgets zu zuordnen. Das finden wir sehr schade. Unser Onboarding und der Support waren super. Seitdem unser direkter Ansprechpartner MOSS verlassen hat, fühlen wir uns aber in der Tat nicht mehr ganz so gut betreut. Ich sende regelmäßig Feedback, was verbessert werden kann, erhalte hierzu aber keine direkte Rückmeldung mehr. Vom Handling her läuft es aber super und die Schnittstelle zu DATEV UO funktioniert einwandfrei.
