We have never had a problem with the work they provide. Kits come in perfect condition and should there be errors on their side they are corrected quickly and accurately.

Binder & Slipcase torn badly.
Just received our third corporate kit and both the binder & slipcase were badly torn. The quality of the material for the kits has diminished significantly from our first two kits, and yet you still charged the same amount. Shame on you for cutting corners and trying to substitute subpar materials.
