Blumberg is a good company. They are very helpful. The majority of the staff is not only eager to help but are very knowledgeable. Some of the prices are a little bit expensive but for the most part they are reasonable,

The company of yesteryear is not the same today. The mistakes made on a simple corporation for my client was incompetent at best. I would never use this once venerable company again and would advise others as well to find an alternative . . . Legal Zoom comes to mind. While the instant service may be the fault of one particular party, the fact that mistakes were plentiful, it is the fact that the company still employs this individual.
