"This place is a fraud"

This place is a fraud. They operate out of China. We ordered our sofa 9 weeks ago. At that time the delivery estimate was 6 weeks. Now they are saying another 4-5 weeks to just get it to California warehouse.

"This is a fraudulent company"

This is a fraudulent company. We ordered a couch. They emailed us days later telling us they didn't have it and they could make it but it would take 8 weeks. They shared the color that they said we ordered and it was totally different from the original photo. We asked for our money back and they said they would not be able to return a $250 "handling fee". Not sure what they would be handling if the couch didn't even exist yet?

"Wrong cheaper Bar Table sent"

I bought a rectangular bar table from Amazon but this company send me the round bar one, which is £23 pounds cheaper. I needed the table urgently and would like avoid the hassle of sending back. I contacted Amazon and said that I could keep it but would like to have the right amount charged for the product I received. But they said they could not do it and the company probably sent the one they had in stock! Not a great experience and I won’t be buying products from this company again.

"Purchased a new dining table sets"

Purchased a new dining table. If it looks as good in persona son the website we'll be very happy. Like the broad suite of photos and occasional video you have for each product. Very helpful to see each in different settings.
