Not what I expected, allot of promises to help, but little feedback when it's gets more complicated than "easy". Will not recommend, didn't want to take me on/ couldn't help in my case (married 13 years, but lost GC once), then they call me for months after I took a private lawyer. I told them I wasn't interested and to leave me alone, but they keep coming with emails and random calls.

I'm so disheartened by this service. My husband studied abroad and brought back a wife. Me. He can not be the first to have done this and yet Boundless is so inflexible that without following every single step in order they will REFUSE to help you. We just want to talk to "our" lawyer, their guaranteed service which we paid for and they will NOT under ANY circumstance deviate from their set checklist which is completed minus one detail we need their help with but we get no no no no no very friendly but no. The refund takes away an extremely exorbitant chunk of money for zero work on their end. Welcome to America I guess.
