I did multiple purchases including a bike, everything is of excelent quality and exactly as described, comes fast (considering im orering from a foreign country), the ability to track your order is nice and the prices are amazing. Vast amount of items on the store I love to shop here.

but in reality a lot of products are back stock or even defective!

I bought an Ethirtheen 9/50 special E-bike cassette
impossible to install, on 3 different bikes, 3 different bodies/wheels, 3 different chain models, all top of the range from sram, either a gear is blocked, or a gear is unmovable, or if you adjust it to the smallest detail, all the gears shift but they all skip...........really horrible, I've asked for a refund from this store and I'm going to contact Ethirtheen and send the case to them so that they banish this store! I don't know what they do or where they find their product, but they're not in conformity!

der Onlinshop ist grundsätzlich sehr gut aufgebaut, die Suche ist auch recht einfach aufgebaut und zielführend.
Die Abwicklung selbst ist auch klasse.
Speziell aber bei telefonischer Kontaktaufnahme, bei direkten, konkreten Fragen konnte keine der Anliegen zufriedenstellend beantwortet werden. Es hiess, der Ansprechpartner sei Kaufmann, kenne sich nicht aus, da frage ich mich, warum sitzt „er“ in der Abteilung und wusste auch nicht, an wen weiter geleitet werden kann ? Es hiess, auf der Homepage ne Mail schreiben. Das kostet Zeit, Nerven, Mail hin und zurück, viel elektr.Müll dabei ?
Betreff einer Bestellung, in der alle Teile nachvollziehbar sind, konnte keine richtige Antwort gegeben werden. Eine richtige Beratung bei Bekundem, Interesse an Falkenjagd/Titanrades war der „Verkäufer“ so etwas lustlos, uninteressiert, in einem Laden wäre ich sofort rausgegangen.

Telefonkontakte und Auskünfte ist absolut mangelhaft. Ist kein Problem, wenn man etwas nicht weiss, sollte man aber wissen, wer es weiss, wen man fragen kann, an wen weiter geleitet werden kann. Ist es die Einstellung der neuen Generation?

I order goods from BIKE24 not very often, but for a few years now. I was always satisfied with the business. I live in Slovakia and despite this, the purchase was profitable for me. A recent experience with BIKE24 made me write this review. It was an experience with my last order and the great approach of BIKE24. The e-shop behaved in such a way that it satisfied me even beyond their legal obligations. I did not have to press customer support, I just had to ask them nicely. So my rating cannot be anything other than 100%.
