I’m giving the 4 ⭐️‘s stars because the couple of times I’ve contacted the Identity Force it’s soooooo much to navigate through when all I want is to understand what’s going, on why and how my situation will be handled. I’ve received several fraud alerts, however, they have been from my bank not IF. Why is this so?

I have had no information or help in working with this product. Since it’s a free resource, having had a recent security breach, I guess I shouldn’t complain. But the adage “You get what you pay for” is true.

Please beware, you are billed yearly and the service is difficult to cancel with this company. I did not want to renew as I subscribe to identity monitoring under a different company. You are not provided FICO scores but Vantage scores which lenders do not use. A representative called me and I told them I did not want to renew but 2 weeks later and I got charged. This plan is active until the "next billing cycle" which is yearly.

U did an excellent job In notifying me monthly regarding 20/20 eye care network data breach (1/21/2021 notification).
U stated each month for 1 free year that no compromising info against me was never used against me.
I have an atty representing me in this data breach. Joseph Lyons Law Firm in Cincinnati OH. He has many other victims as well. The Hearings have been heard In federal court in Ft. Lauderdale fl. "Very poor performance"
It's June 15th, 2022, and I haven't had a single alert from IdentityForce since October of 2021 although I keep receiving constant reminders of seminars from them. I have their best plan however, I've had three attempts by unknown individuals trying to open credit cards in my name this year alone. I don't need seminars, what I need is protection and I'm not getting it. They are very efficient in charging my credit card on time, however, They really have no effect when it comes to protecting my identity. I canceled my membership today however, they refused to refund the bulk of my payment. The customer service rep told me when I called that she would refer me to a specialist that would call me within the hour. That was four hours ago and still no call. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and a fraud case with the credit card company. Be aware that this company is excellent at taking your money and not much else.
