"Poor delivery"

Poor delivery - this is the second time we have ordered and the delivery is a day later than expected but parcel has been in the local depot for 48hr prior with tracking showing out for delivery. We have used you many times before and delivery was always quick but something has gone wrong and is taking longer than expected these last few orders. It puts off ordering for future.
