I was a bit alarmed at first to see on Tracking that the job was on hold pending payment, when I HAD paid, but when I rang up I got a helpful friendly member of staff who agreed that I had paid, said the tracking was sometimes slow to get updated, and gave me the time the courier would get to me, which turned out to be accurate. So I'm satisfied.
