They were there in my hour of need. We were let down by our house movers, who messaged an hour before they were due to arrive. I got on to First Self Drives website and booked a Luton Van for the day. The process was easy and at just after 8am they called us and we went off, with our ID to collect the van. Process was speedy and the staff there couldn’t have done more for us.
The van was spotless inside, so we had no worries about our belongings getting any dirt on them. All in all, a brilliant company and I shall be making them my first port of call for my next hire.

The whole team at first self drive are so helpful and friendly they kept my cycle over night in their garage saved me taking it back home.The van was great and for marks and scratches they had it all on tablet and they pointed of marks which I struggled to see. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I arrived to pick up the van I booked online at 8.30am and was greeted with a warm welcome by a friendly bunch of staff. I was in and out within 10 minutes and was given a full explanation regarding the vehicle return.
