"Bad Shipping problem"
Bad Shipping problem, Waiting for a return currently, But the issue is 48 hrs after order it was picked for fulfillment,then says shipped with Tracking info But Nobody dropped it off at the Shipping Location Obviously because 72hrs later USPS Tracking says still waiting for the package, but label was created 2days prior customer service dept. Seems to be OK though

i placed 2 oders during my stay in dubai as its my second home i used my uae bank card so they cancelled my order since shipping address is kazakhstan.
anyhow now im in kazakhstan and i write to customer service; im ready to use my local bank card and local address to avoid cancellation. and tobaccopipes reply was about “fraudulent transactions” which i find disrespectful and extremely unprofessional.
just bought the same cigars with montefortuna, even better price.

I placed an order. A few days later it was cancelled with no explanation at all. Said "refunded" but has not been credited to my card.

Had the same issue as just about everyone else. Made my order, they immediately took the money, it stayed in "awaiting fulfilment" for over a week. I messaged them stating my concern and how long it usually takes to fulfill. They of course messaged stating it is in hold due to age verification. How am I supposed to know that if they've never said anything about that? I had to reach out. So, they wanted a picture of my ID showing my name and date of birth.(Im in the 30's) Did that (even though it felt sketchy and probably was), then after another few days, they refunded my money with no explanation. I'm just thankful I got my money back. I don't understand how others get orders from this site, unless it's all fake. I would pay attention to all the negative reviews from this site.
*Update* They left a message on my phone apologizing, something went wrong with the e-mail that I sent verifying my age. The Woman said she took care of everything and updated my information and that they shipped my items, hoping that they can regain my trust. I checked the site and it says shipped, $0.00. So if the package actually arrives, I will give them another go.* Fingers crossed that this WAS just a mistake and that there actually is an excellent customer service, because she sounded sincere and really nice.

Tobacco order came in, and it was missing half the order.
Spoke to the lady in sales and they said they'd get the order shipped out and on the way.
I finally after a few weeks of waiting have my tobacco.

I wish I could give them a zero. I ordered my pipe tobacco on October 10. They took the money and I have not received my pipe tobacco.
I have repeatedly tried to contact them by email and phoned. Absolutely no response.

Love the site easy to navigate great selection I don't understand all the bad reviews though iv been buying from them for years and always get what I ordered I live in Canada they have great customer service always friendly fast shipping I use the cheapest shipping option and a real tracking number is provided every time never had my shipment end up some where else either lol
