We ordered from your company on line July 31. I was able to track the product to Birmingham on Aug 2 and it has stopped there. We have not received the product as of yet. I have reached out 2 times to your customer service reps. Each one has sent an email to shipping to see if they could check on this. As of yet I have not received any updates on this. Todays date is Sept. 5.

I placed an order online then requested the shipping expedite but it was missed by customer service and the shipment went ground in error.
