At DotHost, we prioritize collaboration over competition, which led us to partner with CupisWeb for offshore server provisions for our customers. However, after making payments and using their server for two months (December 2024 – January 2025), we deeply regret this business engagement.
Throughout this period, we experienced constant downtimes without prior notification and received no responses to our messages—particularly from the CEO, Osuya Emmanuel Azuka, on WhatsApp, which was our initial primary communication channel.
Transparency and communication are at the core of our values at DotHost. We strongly believe that during downtimes or abuse cases, timely notifications should be provided to affected customers. If no corrective action is taken after such notifications, then and only then should a company take necessary precautions.
We hope that, moving forward, CupisWeb will improve its support services, ensure prior notifications for downtimes, and contribute to a better standard in Nigeria’s web hosting industry.

Run as fast as you can from this company. Very horrible customer service, they don't even respond to texts, emails or their live support.

I advice you not to ever use cupisweb, they have very poor customer service.. I paid for a domain and they have been snubbing me everywhere, it's over 2 weeks now. If there is Negative Star rating that's what they'll get from me. The worst hosting company you will ever come across. RUN FROM THEM!
They will reply this review and still mention nothing about refunding me.
Since it's only bad reviews you guys reply to, please activate my service. Invoice #6134 - I opened Tickets #JJF-642553 and JGI-714693 still no reply
