Fantastic service from them today, it's Sunday, they were shut, but still called me back after I emailed them with a problem that was all my own fault relating to incorrect information that I gave them, Troy called me up, sorted the problem in less than a minute, he resent all the correct documents and sorted out my mistake, he really made me feel that I was important to them and that's what you want as a customer.
