I was interested in an air fryer that was advertised as brand new, so I emailed them to make sure, they replied that it was brand new as stated on the product webpage.
I ordered 2 and waited for the next day delivery. They came next day as stated.
One of the items was in a box that said B-Grade and the other in the standard packaging. The B-Grade item had clearly been used as it had cooking stains and fat inside. The other one was clean inside, but the bottom looked like it had been scrubbed clean.
I contacted vacuumzoo and they responded with 'be assured the items are brand new' although I sent through pictures of the cooking stains.
I asked for pre-paid return’s labels and a refund as it is an offense to sell used items as brand new. I eventually got pre-paid returns labels from the seller and sent them back. When tracking indicated that they had received the items I emailed the seller to initiate the refund. They replied back with it will take 2 to 3 days. 1 week later no refund.
I used Paypal so the conversation was through them and I had to escalate as the time limit was about to end.
Paypal took about 10 minutes to close the case in my favour and I got my money back.
If you use them be warned that they may exaggerate the condition of the items.
