Poolewood Machinery answered my questions promptly and my order was processed without delay. Unfortunately, I did not receive an email from Royal Mail advising me of the despatch date and tracking number. I once again emailed Poolewood Machinery who promptly replied with the despatch details and tracking number. I received the goods within the time frame that was advised to me by Poolewood Machinery. Thank you.
