"A great design experience"

A great design experience, great product, but the sign turned up damaged and after an initial 'nice conversation,' I'm really sorry to say that there wasn't enough urgency on getting it sorted. I just fell off the radar.

Given the spend, someone should have come around and made sure that this got sorted. It took weeks in the end and me having to chase things up.
