Suprised how easy it was to book. All I had to do was make the payment online, note the address and estate agents and a week later I had my report.
The report of which was very detailed on any little issues highlighted. Gave me that extra bit of confidence needed in purchasing my new home

Excellent and quick service. The report was exceedingly thorough and gave me appropriate information about the property helping me make an informed decision whether to buy the property or not. The information in the report details exactly what needs to be done to the property, and I found it much more useful then a traditional surveyors report. It is also written in English that is easy to understand.
