"I had trouble with the flavours."

I had trouble with the flavours and the stevia sweetener. I don't like the after taste that Stevie leaves. However I really liked the lemon/lime flavour so if I decide to move forward to buy any more that's what I'd buy.

I ordered the package with the 2 different flavours and a drink bottle and did not recieve the drink bottle.
I got the grap flavour electrolytes and they taste nothing like grape. More so like black current which I do not like.

"I've ordered from this company several…"

I've ordered from this company several times because I love their product, despite its high price for electrolytes. However, they have failed to ship my product on time on three occasions. They didn't communicate any delays or reasons for the delays, even though they had already charged me.

I have a medical condition that requires regular electrolytes, making timely delivery essential. Their service and shipping policies are shocking, and their customer support is even worse. They didn't apologize and only informed me that my item would be shipped sometime next week, which is unacceptable and vague. As a goodwill gesture, they offered me a single sachet, which felt inadequate considering the repeated issues.

It's disappointing when a great product is overshadowed by poor service. I hope they can improve their customer service and shipping practices.
