"great product but horrible return…"
great product but horrible return process. I tried a bra with a bra extender and it was too small. I photographed it and entered the return but no return address. I guess they try to make the return process so difficult that you do t return things. I don’t think a company like this should be selling things online. I just blew $50 and don’t have a product that I will use.
If you buy from these people, understand that you’re probably stuck with the product even if it doesn’t fit.

"Bad product, horrible service"
Crappy product and crappy service.
I had to escalate a complaint to get them to RESPOND to my return 10 days after they had received it. Item is cheap and runs super small. They took $10 away from my return for “shipping”. Let’s see if I actually get the credit.

"Misleading shipping address and returns procedure"
It was so small I could hardly get it on. And I DID check the size chart. I had to pay 15€ import duties and now have to pay 13€ to return the goods to the USA. Nowhere on the product page is it made clear that the goods are coming from the US, which I find very disappointing as I would never have taken the risk if I'd realised that is where the goods were being shipped from (I live in France).

"Won't Pay Refund"
Item was returned / mailed the very next day after it was received and confirmed to reach Returns Dept in less than a week. No refund has been issued since. I usually recommend very good sites but Customer Service if this kind is shameful!

"If I could give no stars I would - crap product, crap service"
If I could give no stars I would. Like other people, the return process is ridiculous. I dealt with Karen F who was rude, snarky and just insulting. You HAVE to use their return process. No option to just send it back yourself. Karen F had the gall to try to 'educate' me about how retail and returns work and how to navigate their system. If your system needs navigational assistance - you need a new system! I have never had worse customer service or ruder responses - oh once from NIKE - but that person was a one-off - others from NIKE were good. I would never buy from this place again. The product is cheap and nasty and the service matches that perfectly. It's taken me 2 months to get them to agree to a refund. The whole thing started when they tried to deliver my item to a business address on a Sunday night - in JANUARY. Then the product was awful and I needed to return it. It was a dog fight from that point on. Awful. #nohappiness

"It is impossible to exchange or return…"
It is impossible to exchange or return an item. I have tired and tried but with no results! They keep sending me in circles. I have everything they are asking for but they still will not respond to my requests.
I have the unworn item and all the original packaging ready to go but they will not respond.

"Ridiculous "Happy Customer Service""
I bet nearly all the reviews on their web are bots. Absolutely usual, cheap stuff. Super thick padding does not really comply with "seamless" (I mean, that sort of padding that gives you 1.5 size+). If you are between sizes - with S you get very tight band, with M -cup too big. Only difference from any other brand producing "seamless underwear" - is a bit of perforated material on front and APPALLING customer service. Not only it comes in a simple unbranded bubble bag, NO documents, invoices, looks like something really cheap you'd order from China, but they have the most ridiculous return procedure Ive ever come across - the return process online would never work, so after you email them, they would ask you all sorts of questions about WHY you are returning (is it size, band, cup, blabla, trying to convince you to exchange rather than return), then ask you to MAKE ACTUAL PHOTOS of everything that you want to return, for them TO REVIEW AND AUTHORISE ( I beg you a pardon?? isn't it my right, when I return unworn (or even untried) items in original packaging?) your return, and finally, you do that at your own cost, which will probably be more, than you paid in first place (from UK to US).
Save your money and what's most important, nerves and time - just don't buy. People always need to think about how they want to be treated, before they treat someone else badly, for their own money.
