Couldn’t recommend pride cleaners enough! We have used them on a couple of occasions now and they really make the place sparkling clean. Very professional and good at communicating too making the whole process very organised and easy. Thankyou pride cleaners, we will be seeing you again in the future I’m sure!

Callum did a great job at the end of our tenancy. Our place was already well kept, but it was great to have him do a final through clean for us. He also sent photos of job afterwards so we had them available if needed for deposit refund. Would recommend him for future jobs.

This to say, I have contacted 4 companies before to try and get quotes etc and got stuck before with all sort of small business issues and unnecessary bits.

Moving home tomorrow, we just had Cleaners With Pride to go through our new house before movers bring our stuff in. VERY neglected property, tenanted with little care - probably for years. We want to make this house a family home and we needed some magic to get us started. Also, we just had it decorated and the place looked like a bombsite after the decorators left. Jack and Karen were the kindest cleaners I've ever met - they listened, they cared and really understood our needs. We got back a few hours later after picking up furniture from IKEA and for a moment I thought I walked into someone else's house! They had been BEYOND thorough, the place smelled fresh for the first time in eons, and it looked so welcoming. We're really looking forward to moving in now. Thank you again Jack and Karen - you really took pride in your work and made us feel at home in our own house.

"Rude people"

I went with these because of the reviews and the fact I didnt have to supply cleaning products. First clean so realistic that the house would need time. Asked for a 4 hour clean and I explicitly said to do two rooms, the living room and the bathroom. I also said leave the kitchen as I am doing work in there. Then move on to two bedrooms if time. When I got home I could barely see any difference. The living room was ok. But the bathroom floor was partially mopped but not in the corners. Surfaces hadnt been cleaned. My partner told her to leave the shower as it has water marks that wont come off. I only wanted the basics in two areas and this was not met. I probably would have given 3 stars but it was my experience with Kevin that really showed this company up. When I messaged him to say I wasnt happy and sent pics his response was so defensive. I did not ask for any recompense. I just wanted to give feedback. He used every excuse in the book to argue with me. When he sank to using my disability as being evidence the house would need longer to clean than usual it completely threw me. He also tried to use the fact that I am laying a wooden floor in the kitchen as a reason for not having long enough time to clean the bathroom. How hard is it to sweep cobwebs from ceiling corners and wipe a mantel piece or mope an entire floor instead of half of it? The cleaner had a stool and an extendable duster but claimed she couldnt reach the cobwebs. He used the pictures I sent as ammunition back at me! Claiming "i can see the dust!" - which was my entire point so I am not sure what he was trying to say! He said that his cleaner had reported to him that it would take 2 cleaners a full day to sort the dust out. I was totally shocked at his response. Especially given he hadnt see it himself. How rude that she comes into my house and says all that! Im disabled, not slovenly! He offered to send someone else but i said no. Instead I got in another company last week. Lovely energetic cleaner who finished the botch job and completed two other rooms all within 2 hours to a much higher standard. She even did my ironing. I fully expect a defensive response to this review because they cannot take any criticism whatsoever. Bear in mind that the guy responding has no evidence except my photos and what his employee has told him. I am just glad that I have proved Kevin and his cleaner wrong. Because she used her seeing an exposed kitchen underfloor as an opportunity to make an excuse for her poor shoddy work, saying there is builders dust everywhere! I havent had any building work done! Will continue with this new company now as they have been so up front and honest with me.

Absolutely fantastic experience using Cleaners with Pride for my end of tenancy clean. Kevin was very communicative from start to finish to make sure I had the best possible service.
The cleaners were absolutely lovely and very professional. The flat never looked so great and resulted in me not incurring any additional charges from the estate agents when moving out. Very happy and would recommend to anyone considering them.
