"Lack of response"

Lack of response, no transparency around renewal fees ans half the time they dont respond. Once they respond you get a new person assigned and you start all over. They take your money, don't want to refund it and blame you, which is partially correct because i cannot move forward without them answering my questions. Never again! Don't recommend them. And if they don't respond and give me
My money back i will have to sure them.

they take your money! then never call or support you- its also super expensive to keep your money in the trusts and when you contact them, they never get back to you.
