Then had a chance to speak with Rahul from Farekit, the way he spoke and the assurance he gave moved me on the positive side about Farekit. Then decided to book tickets from Farekit, but my travel date was on a peak time, Rahul was very patient and clear enough to get a better deal. I got the tickets on a great deal. Then found my card was charged higher than the deal price. I called to check, they validated immediately and refunded the excess amount immediately.
