Had a terrible time with the delivery company, which was out of PVC cladding's control. However, the the way Amy kept me up to date and responded to my emails was excellent and reduced a lot of stress and frustration. When goods finally arrived undamaged and a complete order, they were of good quality. I will definitely use the company again because of how they dealt with it.
