I like my new headphones with microphone thingy. They really are plug and play- which is great. Couldn't really comment on Commlinks as I ordered on line and never met them. They didn't do anything wrong.

The website is easy to use and there is a good range of Norstar phones and equipment. I use Commlinks as my main source for such equipment - the refurbished phones are almost as good as new, and the ability to add new accessories onto quite an old system has been a blessing.
