I paid for priority shipping and because of a federal holiday my order didn’t arrive on the promised date. I sent an email and they refunded my shipping cost, which I really appreciate. I took a star off because the box that my case was in is ripped. Other than that I love my glasses and the process to purchase was fast and easy.
