Valeriu and his team were fantastic with communication right from the start of the process. They completed an End of Tenancy clean, carpet shampoo and garage clean for our 3 bedroom house in Berkhamsted. They did a superb job, the house was spotless afterwards including oven, fridge, washing machine and carpets. We were very please with their efficiency and service and I'd highly recommend. Needless to say we got our full deposit back from the tenancy.

Valeriu was very polite and professional on the phone. It was easy to arrange a quote. The team arrived a little late on the day due to heavy traffic but he notified me of this and it wasn't an issue. I was happy to leave the team in the house for a few hours whilst I ran other errands. Cleaning job was performed to a very high quality for a reasonable price - I'd gladly use their services again.

I found Professional Housekeeping through a third party website, and let me say, I won’t use anyone else in the future for cleanings!

From start of the booking process to the end of the cleaning, the company was attentive, friendly, communicative, professional (hence the name) and truly a pleasure to work with.

The cleaning job I had was an end of tenancy cleaning and I’ve never seen a better job done. They completed it in the allocated time and stuck to schedule which was helpful for me. The price quoted to me matched and was even less to other companies with an even more exceptional job done.
