A2 milk is good for you but also the taste is nice, would buy again.

Having not been able to drink cows milk for over 25 years a2 came as a recommendation after someone picked up a leaflet. The rest you could say is history I can now enjoy having cereal again with milk. The alternative milks where not as nice so didn't have much milk in diet but that is now gradually changing. I would recommend this to anyone who has a milk allergy or intolerance.

I was really struggling with regular milk. Lactofree milk was a good alternative but I much prefer the idea of natural milk. a2 Milk is natural and tastes just like regular milk and doesn't give me any IBS issues.
