I ordered a latex pillow from whisper organics. I was impressed with the website and the quality they offer. Alex sent a personal note along with the pillow. It is a high quality pillow but unfortunately it is too hard for my taste. When the company asked if I was satisfied and I explained I couldn't use the pillow, they immediately refunded my money saying they guaranteed 100% satisfaction. Alex suggested I give the pillow to someone who could use it. I
have never been so well treated by a company and I am so impressed! I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to be treated fairly and respectfully!
