"Great company service, nice products, sucks delivery"

Nice cooperation and I must say that Santy's service and product quality are really impressive. However, I think it's important to address some areas where traffic could improve. We did have some challenges with that. The shipping process took longer than expected and made me anxious.

While the pressure washer itself arrived undamaged, we did notice some signs of rough handling on the outer packaging. While this didn't affect the functionality of the machine, it did raise concerns about potential damage during shipping. Strengthening the packaging to ensure better protection would be a valuable improvement.
