Order processing is slow. Items in my order were out of stock and I ended up having to google answers to questions regarding the use of a few of the products after multiple attempts to speak with someone at the company failed.

The shipping, and sales are good. I like that they offer different discount codes/coupons. The only issue I came across was when I ordered a preworkout supplement and a week later it still didnt get shipped, so I asked to cancel the order and they were quick to help with the cancellation/refund. No issues with that.
