Awful service, I ordered about eight items on Labor Day during their sale. It took two weeks for my products to even ship even though I paid for express shipping. I continuously reached out just to be ghosted and hear nothing, then when I received my products 2 weren’t even in the box just a card saying they didn’t have the items. I won’t order from them again, don’t waste your time.

Worst customer service I haven’t received my package in over a week tracking number they have says it’s been delivered to a whole different address from the one I gave them tried contacting them and they don’t respond

"Multiple Issues Multiple Times"
Multiple times, items have not shipped in over a week, with no updates or notifications on delay reasons. I specifically order flavors that don't say "delayed shipping" to avoid this.
They email you coupons, but you cannot use them if you buy 2 of the same item, as their smaller auto discount does not allow you to enter your preferred coupon code, or opt out of the auto savings. No help whatsoever when I emailed. Pretty much "Sorry, here's a 10% coupon," (that I couldn't use for same reason).
If you leave something in your cart, you get 8 emails a day reminding you to buy. Constant texts and emails if you look at something on their site. "We saw you browsing."
False advertising when they push "prohormones," (that are herbal blends or just DHEA).

Horrible customer service. After a shipment is missing for more than 30 days, where neither the online tracking, nor a direct contact with the carrier brought me any further, BPN is responding the following to my detailed email complaint:

Neither a name nor a reference who wrote this. I didn't hesitate to contact them at all as you can imagine.. to no avail.
*edit: I am not getting any information from customs, as I am not the sender. The sender had to take responsibility here, but now we have to communicate through Trustpilot.
