"Still have not shipped my order"

I placed an order over a week ago and was told that USPS was experiencing delays. The problem is that they still have not even shipped my order and now they are asking for me to review it! Ship my order before you ask for a review. Seems like every time I've placed an order it's taking longer and longer to receive it.

This company is a fraud and will steal your money. Placed my order and within a couple hours I receive an email saying my order will be shipped the next day. A week goes by and no shipping confirmation so I call and get told they ran out of product but are getting more that day and it will be shipped immediately. 3 more days go by and no shipping confirmation so I call again and they ran out of product again. Never once did they call and explain what happened, just hoping I would forget and they could keep my money.

they shipped me a newer version of the products I ordered with different ingredients. the pictures on the website were of the older version which was much more potent. it was a bait and switch and I got cheated
