I started using the Alleviate X and the raw topical rub about a month ago after having double Hip replacement surgery. I increased to the XX this month. I use the rub twice a day and the drops 3x a day. I don’t feel automatic relief but I had MAJOR surgery and my inflammation is quite extensive. I don’t feel worse! My chiropractor did some muscle testing on the drops and they were “working” for my body. He actually said I only needed a drop instead of a full dropper. I still do the full dropper. I will continue until 6 months post surgery and then re-evaluate.
