"Sales and Customer service are far below par!"

It took two phone calls and 3 emails in order to get Scottsdale Mint to disclose the spot price at the time of my purchase!! This information should be noted on my purchase receipt in full disclosure! The absence of this info, and the hoops I had to jump through to get it, are unacceptable and cause me to doubt that any spot price was locked in at the time of sale and not at some later time. Furthermore, I paid by electronic transfer and there is no way you will ever convince me that it takes ten days to clear an electronic transfer. That is complete bullshīt!

While the quality of the coins purchased were as expected, Scottsdale Mint is severely lacking in sales and customer service and I will be spending my hard earned cash somewhere else moving forward! The fact that you do not disclose the locked in spot price on the invoice at the time of sale, is shady as hell and you have lost my confidence and trust!

Received my lucky dragon bars and they were better than I thought they would be. Awesome artwork, beautiful bars. My grandkids will get these for Christmas and have something that will last forever. Can't wait for the display boxes to go with them. They will completely make those bars stand out.
And the 10 oz bars I got are just as impressive, awesome as well.
I'm completely satisfied with my experience ordering from scottsdale mint. And I will look there first when shopping for more metals.
