Ordered a dell monitor which arrived and wouldnt switch on. Matt at Cave was very quick to order a replacement and a collection of the faulty monitor. He also called to personally apologise which was a nice touch. Despite the faulty goods i wouldnt hesitate to use cave again. Good customer service.

Just bought a pair of monitors from Cave-Direct. Ordered 5pm on Friday and they had arrived by Tuesday lunchtime. Very pleased with the product and delivery speed. Only criticism: the order tracking on the website still has status 'Processing' - it would be nice if this was updated when the item has shipped, so that I knew it was on the way. But it was a pleasant surprise none the less.
