"Professional, friendly and quick"

Had a couple of bikes which hadn't been in use for years and with lockdown now upon us, many of the larger bike repair shops were either shut or had such long waiting times. Vim came to the rescue to make sure we could see out the next few weeks with some fun.

He was extremely professional and knew exactly what was wrong giving a fair decent quote on the repair, which he later actually reduced as he managed to reuse some of the working part and so didn't mark up the price which many others would.

A very polite friendly guy with great customer servive who went that extra mile picking up and dropping the bikes back off (while doing the school run !!!)

And finally the service was really quick and the turn around was two days for both bikes, which one of them needed an extra part bought in.

Overall very happy with the service :)
