I still have not gotten my order yet and I placed it on February 22nd. It is now March 7th. First I received an email stating it was shipped then I got another email stating that email was sent in error. Sounds a little incompetent to me.

We ordered the end of January and received the day after we had planned on celebrating the Lord's Supper (on March 5), so we had to reschedule. We have 1,000 people we plan on serving each time. Hopefully, the cups we ordered to use the week of April 2 will arrive before April 2.

I put in my order on the 21st and when I checked its status on Monday of this week almost two weeks later, it was still pending on fulfillment. The biggest issue we seem to have with our orders it the time it takes to fill them. I know the company is working as hard as it can and we are understanding of that.
