First of all, the quality of the product. It looks and feels better than I imaged. I took it to be engraved with my pastors name, which added more beauty to the case.
Second, the item shipped within hours of ordering and I received it on the day promised.
I obsoletely love it and when I present it to my pastor on his birthday this Sunday (2/19), I know he is going to be extremely excited.
