They are a good company. Their website is becoming easier to navigate. The products are good with a variety of selection. There are a reputable and trustworthy company. I know other churches who use their products. They also have good discounts.

Unfortunately, I had to return an item as it was not what I needed for my clergy role. Initially, I was told the item was not eligible for refund though I attempted to return it within the posted 30-day timeframe. After a few email exchanges, I was given permission to return the item for a refund and eventually received it.
