"Mig langar að segja hversu ánægður ég…"

Mig langar að segja hversu ánægður ég er með þjónustuna sem ég fékk hjá ykkur. Frá fyrstu samskiptum til loka var allt upp á 100% og ég get ekki verið ánægðari.

Starfsfólkið ykkar var einstaklega vingjarnlegt og hjálpsamt. Þjónustan var bæði fagleg og skilvirk, sem gerði alla upplifunina mjög jákvæða. Ég vil sérstaklega þakka fyrir hve vel var farið með mín mál og hversu vel allt var útskýrt fyrir mér. Einnig var ég mjög ánægður með að tímasetningin stóðst alveg, sem gerði alla skipulagningu miklu auðveldari fyrir mig.
Ég mun hiklaust mæla með ykkur við vini og vandamenn, og ég hlakka til að nýta mér þjónustuna ykkar aftur í framtíðinni.

"Using this service was a great idea"

Using this service was a great idea! I was travelling to US and had a really big and heavy bag with me. I don´t have a car and live far from BSÍ bus terminal. So instead of carrying the 20 kg bag ( I am a quite petite lady) and paying for taxi to get to the bus terminal I decided to order BagBee. They arrived exactrly at the booked time, scanned my boarding pass and took my bag in no time. And of course sent me the photo of my bag at the checking terminal at Keflavik. So no stress, traveled light to the airport, went directly to the security check. So convinient. I recommend it to all my friends, especially those who travel with kids - and have several suitcases to carry.

Bagbee did exactly what it promised snd more. I missed the booking window. But their employee Valgier went above and beyond with phone calls and e-mails to get our bags shipped the next day. Amazing.
