Disappointing Product and Customer Service

After much delay, my iPhone case finally arrived, but I was shocked to find all four corners damaged. The gold paint was smudged and missing in areas, likely because it hadn’t dried properly before packaging. On top of that, the packaging itself was poor, which only added to the damage. The case looked beaten up before I even had a chance to use it.

I contacted the company immediately, but their response was disappointing. They blamed the delivery service and have since stopped replying to my emails. I requested a replacement or at least the ability to return the damaged case, but I’ve been completely ignored. Now I’m left with a defective product, negative $50 and no resolution.

It’s upsetting because their customer service was helpful when I needed tracking information, but the moment I had a legitimate issue, they dismissed me entirely. Even Amazon allows returns for defective items—I feel robbed that this company won’t even offer the basic courtesy of a return or replacement.

Save your money and avoid this company. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service makes them a risky choice.

Very impressed with my phone case have two of them now easy to purchase quick on delivery and worth the money made well will buy again in the future

Came in kind of misshaped. Did not cover one of the corners very well and also looked very used. It had scratches and the corners looked like it had been dropped quite a few times. Not super happy and the shipping took a long time. Won’t order here again
