I am very angry with the service my aunt had at your branch in Tesco Haverfordwest today.
Firstly my aunt is 89 years old and been in lockdown for the last 12 months, she purchased glasses in late 2020 the glasses were on here head and the arm just fell off.
She went by taxi to the site and was seen by the manager she told my aunt that there was only a 60 day warranty on the glasses she bought late last year at a cost of £380.
The broken glasses were taken to replaced the frame at an inclusive cost of £85 this was broken as follows.
Frames cost £25.50
Dispensing Services £59.50
This cost was to remove the glass and replace in new frames.
What concerns me is that at no point did anyone discuss with my aunt that they were replacing the frames and the cost would be £85. I believe they took advantage of a vulnerable 89 year old and I find this disgraceful.
I contacted the CEO of the company buy e mail who passed it onto one of his minions they defended their actions and offered nothing only an advantage card for discounts on further repairs.

I have dealt with these clueless programmers for over 5 years, which makes me feel like an idiot. If you value your business and and sanity, do not touch this software. They have no support system. They have no clue on how to correct errors in their software. They have single handedly almost ruined my business. The least I could do was to warn others. You can reach me at my office. I will tell you in person the garbage I have had to tolerate. They know it is hard to change software so they milk you as much as they can.

For many years I have been using vision express fo eye examinations and varifocal lenses either buying frames or supplying my own ,this year I supplied a pair of Tom Ford frames that I had found and following my eye test ordered my new glasses . When they were sent back to me the frames had been broken during fitting but there was no mention of this in the delivery box . After many many phone calls to customer services which always coincided with the line manager being unavailable and two visits to the Colchester branch where unfortunately the line manager was again unavailable but would most definitely call me which he didn’t ! At no time over the years or this year was it pointed out to me that if my frames broke during fitting it was my problem and vision express would not be held responsible which the various customer service team said they knew it was wrong but it was company policy. I have now given up and have had to accept that I have an unwearable pair of spectacles that cost nearly £500 . I just wanted to make customers aware of this policy and the lack of help I received so it doesn’t happen to someone else in the future.

Not a great experience with them in 2020 and £138 wasted on a pair of glasses 🤓 and lenses in another.
The frame in one pair snapped. The frame has been discontinued and if wanted another pair of glasses, I would need to pay for them.
In another pair of glasses, I asked for lenses to be put in - exact same prescription as the ones I’m wearing (just incase I lost or broke them). They came back wrong.
When I visited the store, lack of help, customer service and contradicting information given by staff member. Not impressed and won’t be going back there again!!!!!

Le service est vraiment bien, mais il y a un manque de véhicule sur la plateforme, j'ai pu en réserver quand même. Quelques petits beug sur l'application que j'ai fais remonter, mais c'est normal pour une version beta. J'ai reçu le remboursement de mes frais de route aujourd'hui en ayant convoyé le véhicule vendredi, donc c'est assez rapide. Je suis plutôt satisfaite.

Vision Express at Tesco in At St Leonards on Sea have been marvellous again. I had an eye test 2 years ago and my prescription was hardly different, so I was advised I did not need to buy new glasses. This time the young lady who served me, Jodie, was attentive and thorough, and her advice saved me from spending unnecessarily. A very honest and good experience. I would not go anywhere else for my glasses.

"The best Vision Express Store in Glasgow...."
I popped into my favourite Vision Express store in Byres Road earlier today. I just needed a wee tweak to my glasses to tighten them. As always Robert and his staff were ever so kind as always. It’s a real delight and honour to be looked after by Robert and his great team of staff !! 🙋♀️🙋♀️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
