I placed an order #18709 on 31/7/21 sent a payment but nothing delivery, sent a few emails & call to enquiries to Dave/Sale team, however NO feedbacks (not only me like that) ....
If a company follow up a clients enquiries
like disappear, but still got a high review rating, it may be I doing something wrong (the owner please don't hesitate, let me know) ?????
So if you cannot fullfilled my order (especially from overseas), please CANCEL & REFUND immediately, DON'T keep going to make a negative image for customers service in UK.

"15 years of surplus"

I've been buying from here for about fifteen years on and off. Have a wide range of products (with some wonderful surprises!) and the prices are decent.

I've very occasionally received something that probably was generously classed, but never anything unusable or broken as mentioned in other reviews.

I've shopped online and in person and I've found Dave and the team to be friendly and decent at all times. Postage and processing has speed up immensely over the years and it's become a good experience to order online.

"No reply no action no delivery, a scam company!"

I ordered 2 sets of tent one month ago. But got nothing till now. I wrote several chasing emails and only got one reply 3 weeks ago that says they may start delivering next week. Unfortunately nothing happened. I also sent private message to Dave on Facebook. Again no response at all. I requested refund. No reply no action. This is my most disgusting shopping experience as an overseas buyer. I am afraid this company is a scam. I definitely would not recommend purchasing there! And I have to contact police.

Things sometimes go wrong. What matters is that a company cares enough to resolve a problem, and in my case that's what happened.

I ordered two Dutch Army Flask. One was okay, one didn't hold heat for more than a few minutes. Organised the return, my paying. The second one sent worked fine, and they're great flasks, but this one had been damaged in transit with a cracked body shell.

I requested a refund and it was given.

Not saying this was all as slick as Amazon for example, but it was more personal, more local, and the problem being resolved by the owner of the company made all the difference for me, hence 5 *.
