Sally put together a suggested package (other than the walks where we already have contacts) for a 30 person Ramblers visit to the IOM from England, including several hotel recommendations. When, later, we visited the hotels, they were full on our dates but we identified availability at the Ellan Vannin, an hotel Sally knew & endorsed. Thereafter she has booked everything very efficiently including flights, transport to/from hotel, explorer passes, & guided coach tour. She has always responded quickly & been very pleasant to deal with mainly, obviously, from a distance, including accommodating some additional requests from one member of the party.
