Very happy with Hotel Nanny!
I requested the service quite spontaneously and we got the wonderful Ekram taking care of our 9 months old baby. Ekram is very professional, experienced and reliable professional- we definitely felt relaxed leaving our son to her.
Hotel Nanny provided us with 3 options we got to choose from, including full CV and qualification details. Everything was very transparent, including the pricing (there were no hidden cost for transportation or so)

Would definitely contact the agency when I’m back in London.

We were amazed that the agency was able to organize a nanny for us at the last minute. We put in a request at 9 am and the nanny was able to come over by noon. We could head out worry free and the nanny kept us updated all day while we attended a work event. They went out to the park, had dinner and our son was sound asleep when we got home.
