My second time ordering with House of Malt & both orders arrived far earlier than expected, within two days on the standard delivery option. I wasn't expecting my recent order to arrive this fast due to the Christmas period, but right enough.. dispatched & received within two days again.

"Dsappointing"

I bought a bottle of whisky for Christmas, for my wife. She opened it on Christmas Day and the top of the cork away, leaving the rest of it in the bottle! What a let down, particularly as it was a present. So very, very disappointed!

I have been waiting for my delivery now for 6 days and still hasn’t arrived, I have tried to contact them by email and they haven’t replied and there phone goes to answer phone which is full so I cant leave a message, I am beginning to think it is not a legitimate company.
