My experience was great because of how much this company puts the effort in to satisfy their customers. I saw many reviews about how good they were and I was skeptical because of how technology can be used to fake almost anything. But I have had first hand experience with them. I bought a wig and it ended up being too small for my head. I emailed them and with 1 hour they replied. They instantly asked how they could make it better and have me a few options. We eventually settled on me getting another wig, but this time I actually gave them the circumference of my head. It took sometime for me to send back the wig and for this new one to be made but they updated me frequently and stayed in touch. I received my new wig today and it is perfect. They had promised to add some extra hair to the lace at the front because I have a low hairline. I can definitely see that it was done. I am extremely happy, I can't wait to install for my graduation in November. You won't regret it I promise.
