I was charged 134 dollars to have a license sent no license was sent. I have spoken to them numerous times and emailed nobody is willing to assist
Every opportunity I have to show the scam artist at every social media I will
No remorse no help so be it game on

Contacted customer service via email twice in regard to where is the live fire range, got ignored twice, third email was a request for a refund as at this time I was doubting the range even existed or if it did if it was even a safe range. Got a response to the third email stating they understand my request for a full refund insinuating they will refund but need to call in. I called in to be told the person I was emailing is an AI bot and I would only be offered "gift cards" as a refund option.

The original question was where the live fire training is conducted - they did provide an address finally on the last phone call; it was about 40 minutes away and an outdoor only range in February in Minnesota? It makes sense on why they hid that information with so much effort now.

Offering refunds only via gift cards puts the icing on the cake of how outrageous this company is.

This never even left the Gate. I do not have access to a phone during work hours. I asked them to resend the confirmation document and to send a written list of what I needed to bring to the training. Their "Customer Service" stated they could not resend confirmation and could not send class requirements. That I had to CALL to get anything done. Did I mention, multiple times that I did not have access to a phone during work hours???????

Did the online video. Website said you qualify for a 50% discount after getting all the questions correct so I payed 59 dollars. After and only after paying another window pops up saying do you want to pay 64 dollars for the in person shooting safety course. Which is required for your carry permit. I thought i was paying for all that. They tried to scam me out of 125 for something I can get anywhere for 50 bucks. I called to get my money back and they have a no return policy. I called the bank and told them about this scam so they are investigating and giving me my money back!

SCAM!! Stay away. False advertising. They take your money saying you can get your concealed weapons permit online. After you pay $59.00 they unload this surprise that you are just beginning of the process and you need to attend more classes, in this case they had no openings for the class for another month! And you have to pay more $. Go to Lotus Gun Works like I should have.
