"Great Software & Fantastic Customer Service"

We recently signed up to Arthur as we are a bespoke lettings/Property Management Agent and we mostly deal with Rent 2 Rent leases, as such we have been struggling for ages to find a suitable product for our needs. Arthur is fantastic from a Property Management & accounts perspective - it feeds through to Xero (our accounting package) which is a massive plus and it's very user friendly. We have not used the maintenance side of the package yet but from the demo - it looks much better than most software i've seen as you can give contractors access and they are emailed job quotes straight off the system. The team at Arthur also have a fantastic view towards their customers, nothing is ever too much trouble and they are UK based so are easily reached. Very happy so far!!!

I met a guy once who used to work in Silicon Valley with Steve Wozniak of Apple, back in the 1970's. He told me that iOS was already invented back then, but they couldn't release it because hardware technology had not evolved sufficiently to run it.

My opinion is that similarlities between that scenario, and the realm of property management may be drawn, with ArthurOnline being the equivalent of iOS.

I'm a great believer in systems. I think that staff can only excel if they are given the right tools. Trust me, Arthur IS the right tool.

I've been in property since 2003 and I run a property portfiolio of 353 rental units. Over the last 12 years, I must have subscribed to at least 5 different systems....but none of them did what I wanted them to.

Then I stumbled upon Arthur. The difference here is that it's a system created by Landlords, for Landlords. Quite frankly, it puts the other systems (WinMan, Rentrpro, Expert Landlord, Property Manager) to shame.

I can only conclude that the people behind the aforementioned systems are not even property owners. If they were, they'd realise just how cr*p their systems are.

I am not exaggerating when I say that Arthur is the last system you will ever need. It does everything. And more importantly, in the unlikely event you that find something it doesn't do, the people behind it (a great couple of guys called Marc & Dave) are so open to introducing additional functionality it is astounding.

I cannot emphasis just how great their system is, and my words do it no justice. You HAVE to try it.
